Mobile blogging

I just noticed Google is now promoting "mobile blogging". Like we didn't already have enough to keep us occupied behind the wheel! After a hectic drive of emails, text messages, phone calls, and now blog posting , is it any wonder we leave the 6 month old baby in the car on a 100 plus degree day???

Music Review

I recently came upon a new group, at least new to me. Mumford and Sons. I don't remember how I heard of them. It was most likely from one of my daughters.

If you haven't heard them, check them out on iTunes. Their album, "Sigh No More" is great Don't know their history, but they have an Irish pub band sound mixed with a little Simon and Garfunkleness.

Give'em a try.

Webinars

Just remember, you heard it here first ( or maybe not). Webinars are about to become the new "email"! If you thought you barely had time to read and respond to your emails, just think about how you can fill the rest of your day with webinars. Today I received 5 invitations to separate webinars. Makes you feel guilty when you don't take advantage of these learning opportunities. Soon i will be a web-educated, totally unproductive employee. But at least I will know why healthcare reform wrecked my agency.

Damn, wish I had had a little time to work on all those issues upon which we pontificated on all those webinars and on-line chats.

First of all, great big thanks to Doug for getting us to finally move on this. I have some thoughts for today but I have a meeting first. By the way these thoughts are free.

New to Blogging

I am new to blogging. Can't say that I have even read many, much less written one. This spot will be shared with my friend Marc. Between the two of us, we usually have a thought or opinion on just about everything.

Marc will be surprised to know the blog is up and going. We have talked about this for some time.

Another good friend of mine has pushed me outside my comfort zone and into blogdom. Thanks.

So hang in there, this will get better (especially when Marc gets going!).
